COVID-19 Information

Latest Updates:

The Prince George’s County Planning Department and the Planning Board cares about the health and safety of you and your family. Currently, our facilities are closed to the public until further notice based on the current health situation and the County’s decision to close all county buildings to public.

As you may know, being prepared and taking preventive measures are the keys to keeping you and your family members healthy. If you are sick, please stay home.

Due to concerns over the potential for outbreaks of COVID-19, The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is working closely with local public health authorities, emergency management offices, and other local agencies to keep our patrons and employees informed and updated on the current coronavirus situation.

The Planning Department will advise patrons and staff of any new developments, as they become available, for cancellation of meetings, community or otherwise. Visit our website www.pgplanning.org, or our social media pages.

Our Safety Office is available 24 hours/ 7 days a week through the following numbers: 301-395-0563; 301-275-5126; 240-393-0419. You may also call the County’s hotline for further information at 301-883-6627.
